The RIISE™ Framework and RIISE Framework™ — including their methodology, structure, terminology, sequential architecture (Research → Insights → Investments → Strategy → Execution), diagrams, analytical models, and any related documentation or works — are proprietary intellectual property owned by Alexander M. Massoud and licensed exclusively to Forvânt Strategy Inc.
Both RIISE™ and RIISE Framework™ are trademarks owned by Alexander M. Massoud. Forvânt Strategy Inc. is authorized to use these marks under exclusive license and to enforce protections against unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation.
4.3 Exclusive License Arrangement
The RIISE™ Framework is used by Forvânt Strategy Inc. under an exclusive license from Alexander M. Massoud. This exclusive license grants Forvânt Strategy Inc. the sole right to: Apply the RIISE™ Framework in client engagements; Create derivative works, training materials, and analytical models based on the framework; Display, reference, and market services utilizing the framework; Enforce intellectual property rights against unauthorized use or infringement.
No rights to use, reference, or create works based on the RIISE™ Framework are granted to third parties through this Site. All intellectual property rights remain with Alexander M. Massoud, with enforcement rights jointly held by the owner and exclusive licensee.
4.4 Limited License to View

PROHIBITED USES: Creating derivative methodologies, frameworks, or systems that incorporate, adapt, or build upon RIISE™ or RIISE Framework™; Using "RIISE" as a base for extended forms (e.g., RRIISE, RIISE+, ARIISE, DRiiSE, or similar variations); Developing acronyms or frameworks that maintain RIISE's distinctive double-"I" structure or sequential architecture; Creating training programs, consulting systems, roadmaps, software, or tools modeled on or substantially similar to the RIISE™ Framework; Representing your methodology as compatible with, certified by, or related to RIISE™ without authorization; Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the underlying analytical models or proprietary logic of the RIISE™ Framework.
These restrictions apply regardless of: Whether the derivative work is used internally or commercially; Whether RIISE™ or RIISE Framework™ are explicitly referenced; Whether the sequential structure is altered or reordered; The industry, geography, or application domain.
4.7 Enforcement
Alexander M. Massoud and Forvânt Strategy Inc. (as exclusive licensee) actively monitor and enforce intellectual property rights in the RIISE™ Framework and related trademarks. Violations may result in: Immediate cease and desist demands; Legal action seeking injunctive relief; Claims for damages, including statutory damages for trademark infringement; Recovery of attorneys' fees and costs.
